Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNFV collects, uses, retains and deletes relevant data while providing cross-border access, international routes and subscription services. Please read the following before using the service. VPNFV processes data only as needed for accounts, subscriptions, payments, troubleshooting and site operations, and does not use users’ network activity for advertising profiles.

Data We Collect and Why

No email address is required to register. Users create an account with a username and password. The registration process does not request or collect an email address; the username identifies the account and the password verifies identity. To protect credentials, users should avoid reusing the same password for other services and should keep their login information secure.

When purchasing a subscription or traffic package, the service stores order records linked to the account, including the selected product, amount due, payment status, order status and necessary transaction identifiers. These records support service activation, payment verification, refunds, billing disputes and after-sales support. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

When visiting the official website, servers and usage analytics tools may process page paths, referring pages, browser type, device category, error information and basic network request data. This data helps assess whether pages work properly, identify abnormal requests and improve site navigation. It is not used to infer the specific content accessed through international routes.

No Logs and Connection Data

VPNFV follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, which applications they use or what content they transmit, and it does not build browsing histories linked to accounts. The routing system does not retain destination addresses, request content or communication content in long-term logs that could be used to reconstruct network activity.

To establish connections, calculate traffic usage, protect against anomalies and troubleshoot service issues, the system may process necessary technical status information while a request is in progress. This status is used only for the current task and is not retained as a long-term profile of network activity. When a user submits a support ticket, diagnostic information provided in the ticket is retained with the ticket record; please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue.

No logs does not mean that account or order information is not processed. Account status, plan status, traffic usage results and order records are necessary to deliver subscription services and are kept separate from users’ accessed content and browsing history.

Cookies and Local Storage

The official website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface preferences, language selection and necessary security status. This data maintains sessions and restores user choices; it is not used to store content accessed through the routes. After an account is signed out, some session data is cleared. Preferences such as language may remain so they can be applied on a later visit.

Users can view or clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and saved interface preferences may need to be configured again. If the browser completely blocks necessary storage functions, user panel login, order viewing or subscription retrieval may not work properly.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

Payments are processed by the selected payment channel. The payment channel receives information required to complete the transaction under its own rules. VPNFV receives and stores the order result, payment status and necessary transaction identifiers to confirm whether the service should be activated. Payment channels are independently responsible for data they collect directly, and users should also read the privacy information provided by the relevant channel.

Except where necessary to complete payments, provide services, handle disputes, maintain system security or comply with applicable requirements, the service does not provide account or order data to unrelated parties. When a service provider needs to assist with infrastructure or analytics tasks, only the data required for that task is provided, with its use restricted accordingly.

Data Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order records, payment status and support records are kept as needed for subscription fulfillment, financial reconciliation, refund processing and dispute resolution. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, they will be deleted, anonymized or no longer used. Usage analytics support site operations in aggregated or de-identified form and are not linked to route access content.

Users may submit a ticket through the user panel to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. Account ownership may need to be verified before a deletion request is completed. If some order records must remain available for refunds, accounting reconciliation, disputes or applicable requirements, they will be retained only as necessary and processed for that purpose until it ends.

This policy may be updated as service procedures, technical implementation or applicable requirements change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated information at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Changes that materially affect data processing may also be described in a service notice within the user panel. Please review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
