These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services provided by VPNFV. By visiting this site, creating an account, or using a subscription, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. If any part is unacceptable, stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNFV provides subscription access to 110+ countries / 170+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The available routes, connection methods, and client access permissions are determined by the user panel and the status of the applicable plan. The route directory helps users choose a cross-border access path and does not represent authorization from any third-party website, application, or content service.
Access to a target service may be affected by the user’s local network, device settings, selected route, the target platform’s regional policies, and account permissions. VPNFV may change available routes because of network maintenance, route adjustments, or compliance requirements, but the route directory does not guarantee continued availability of any particular third-party service.
Account and Subscription Rules
Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account credentials and are responsible for subscription choices, route usage, and settings changes made within their accounts. VPNFV plans support unlimited devices, but this arrangement is for the account holder’s use on devices they manage and does not grant permission for public sharing, distribution among multiple people, or commercial resale.
Users may not sell, rent, or distribute accounts, subscription information, or client access permissions in bulk, nor may they disclose credentials to third parties outside their management. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Payments are supported through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of websites, applications, and content platforms they access. Subscription services must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ legitimate rights, disruption of network infrastructure, distribution of malicious programs, fraud, unauthorized system access, or bulk abuse of third-party services.
Users are responsible for confirming that their specific access activities, content acquisition methods, and account operations are lawful and compliant. VPNFV provides network connectivity and does not participate in transactions between users and third-party platforms, nor does it replace any third-party platform’s permission, membership, regional authorization, or content usage conditions.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
Cross-border network connections may be affected by local carriers, device environments, network congestion, route maintenance, and changes to third-party platform policies. VPNFV will maintain routes and the user panel within reasonable limits, but does not promise continuous availability for every region, device, or target service. Planned maintenance, route switching, or uncontrollable network events may cause brief interruptions or changes in performance.
Users should verify routes themselves before important work or data transfers and keep necessary local backups and alternative access options. VPNFV is not responsible for the performance of a third-party service when that service ceases operation, changes regional rules, restricts an account, or changes its interface.
Refunds, Suspension, and Termination
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. The account holder must submit the refund request so that the corresponding order can be verified. Except for the refund arrangement expressly stated in these terms, traffic resets, plan upgrades, and the validity of data packages are governed by the product information displayed at the time of purchase.
If an account is used for unlawful purposes, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious service interference, or another serious violation of these terms, VPNFV may suspend or terminate the relevant account and subscription access. Before or after taking restrictive measures, VPNFV may retain necessary order and enforcement records according to the level of risk for account services, dispute handling, and compliance requirements.
Changes and Other Terms
VPNFV may revise these terms because of service adjustments, changes to route maintenance methods, or updates to applicable rules. Updated content will be published on this page, and the month shown as the last update at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; users who do not accept them must stop using the subscription service.
These terms and the product information on the purchase page together form the service agreement. If they describe specific plan rules differently, the product information displayed and confirmed at the time of purchase prevails. For account use, compliance obligations, and liability limits, these terms prevail. If any provision cannot be applied, the remaining provisions remain effective.
